The sphere-shaped magnetic recess former is a durable tool designed to create recesses for anchors in precast concrete. It securely attaches to steel molds using a strong magnetic base. Once positioned, the anchor with a rubber plug is inserted into the recess former, and the mold is closed. Concrete is poured into the mold, filling the form around the anchor. After the concrete cures, the recess former is easily removed, leaving the anchor embedded in the concrete. This allows the precast concrete block to be securely lifted and moved to the desired location easily and efficiently.
Sphere Shape Magnetic Recess Former
The recess former is attached to the steel mold, and the anchor with the rubber plug is
inserted. The mold is then closed, and concrete is poured in. After drying, the recess
former is removed, and the anchor stays in the concrete part, allowing the concrete block
to be moved to the desired location.
